For buyers and investors: We help you define your goals, whether that's cash flow, appreciation, or a home for your own business. We find on- and off-market opportunities, review rent rolls and leases, and coordinate inspections, environmental reports, and financing, including SBA loans for owner-occupied property.

For business owners who also own the real estate: Many of our clients own both the business and the building. We can sell them together or separately, or structure a sale with a new lease. Talk to your tax advisor about options like a 1031 exchange, and we'll coordinate with them on timing.
